I graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama, in May 2026, where I majored in American Studies with minors in English and Civic Engagement & Leadership. My coursework centered around representations of and responses to American life, culture, and society.
Born and raised in Alabama, I have a deep love for in the people, places, and stories that make the South special.
I graduated from Thompson High School in 2022 and served as editor of our yearbook, The Warrior, during Thompson's centennial anniversary. During this time, I began developing a creative practice rooted in documentary forms, community co-creation, and assemblage-based narratives.
I am most interested in the space in between: the power of turning towards each other and the possibilities unearthed when we do.
